Strengthening digital transformation and human resource development consulting business for the Saudi Arabian government and private sector toward Saudi Vision 2030
2 November 2022 – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: Monstarlab, a leading global digital consultancy and transformation partner headquartered in Japan, further enhances its reach and competencies in the Middle East as it agrees to acquire the business of Saudi-based global consulting firm, Pioneers Consulting.
The deal will also bring Pioneers Consulting’s management team to join that of Monstarlab, enabling Pioneers to utilise Monstarlab’s world-class digital capabilities to thus provide clients with a wider range of services that deliver tangible impact, accelerate and enhance digital transformation for Pioneers’ existing customer base in key industries in both the public and private sectors in Saudi Arabia, such as financial services, healthcare, fintech, housing, labour and social development.
For Monstarlab, the acquisition will enable them to expand their regional and global reach, and attract new projects in the Middle East, particularly in the Gulf Cooperation Council (“GCC”), Africa and Europe.
